Use Command Window in Visual Studio
  • The Command window is used to execute commands or aliases directly in the Visual Studio. You can execute both menu commands and commands that do not appear on any menu.
  • Evaluate an expression: ?myVar; switch to immediate window: immed; switch back to command window: >cmd in immediate window
  • ? myVar equals Debug.Print myVar
  • Other commands such as of: open file
