修改win7锁定界面背景

Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Authentication/LogonUI/Background

OEMBackground值0改为1，没有则新建。

C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds\backgroundDefault.jpg
