群发功能lowb版本

维护一个全局的列表,一旦客户端链接就添加到列表中,之后回复消息的时候循环列表对象给每一个客户端链接对象发送消息 从而实现群发

其实群发功能,官方已经提供了一个方法channel-layers(写代码的时候再讲)

ansible用来批量管理远程服务器,底层其实用的就是paramiko模块
