Connection to newtaotao failed. [08001] Could not create connection to database 

jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/newtaotao?serverTimezone=UTC&characterEncoding=utf-8

数据库是5.5的

好像需要加上?serverTimezone=UTC才行 具体什么原理不清楚
