Too busy to learn English?

Living here for more than one month, I find that we can live here all day without speaking one sentence of english. Besides talking to my indian classmates and buying pizza sometime, I don't need to speak much. So my spoken english proves little by far I think. It's bad! Learning english should take time. But if I still live like this, I'm afraid i still won't make big progress. Though coping with school's homework keeps me busy, I still need to find some time to learn english. Duo is right, it won't help much even you get straight A. Solid background in my major and good english are very important for me to find a job here. So I decide to start moving, I went to load down PeiPei english this morning. Peipei is not hard but i think it's useful, sentences in it are original.  If i can use it in to my daily life, it will be helpful.

And i also need to take care of professional english when i read textbooks. Understanding them is necessary. But it's better if I can speak them out and thinking problems using them.   Maybe i'm too hurry. Only one month here. hehe.

Just work hard, it's competitive here. The reason I come to America is to improve my ability in living and develope my personality here.
