Catalog以Local方式使用其他机器发布的ArcGIS Server地图服务
一、问题描述：
使用本机ArcCatlog 连接 其他的机器发布的ArcGIS Server的地图服务（机器名为GISMachine）。选择"User GIS Services"，使用Internet方式能够连接成功，但是使用Local方式连接的话，抱错如下：Access Denied: Either the SOM service on the machine is not started or the user attempting this connection is not a member of the agsuser or agsadmin group and cannot be granted access to the SOM。
一、解决方法：
将发布AGS地图服务的机器（即GISMachine）添加用户A，并设置密码，并将该用户添加到agsadmin和agsuser组中。同时在本机上增加具有同样用户名和密码的用户B，在本机上使用用户B进入系统，然后ArcCatlog 就可以访问到GISMachine机器上的地图服务。
关于添加本机发布的地图服务遇到Access Denied: Either the SOM service问题：
可以按照如下思路：确定arcgiswebservices账户是否在administrators组里？账户是否过期？你把自己添加到agsadmin后注销机器了吗？先确保上面3项，如果都不行的话，建议把agsadmin，agsuser用户组删除掉，arcgissom，arcgissoc，arcgiswebservices账户删除掉，然后重新进行一下post install。
