安装IE安全更新MS14-021注意事项
本月初微软发布了针对IE的安全更新MS14-021, 但是有些机器安装了该更新后出现IE浏览器无法正常工作的现象.
对于已经遇到上述问题的机器, 可以按照以下方法予以解决:
- 卸载MS14-021.
- 安装最新IE累积更新.
- 重新安装MS14-021.
这个问题的原因在于MS14-021并非累积更新, 不能替代之前的IE更新, 所以安装该更新之前, 需要确保在目标机器上安装了最新的IE累积更新(详细信息如下表所示), 否则IE可能会出现无法使用的问题.

如果问题机器数量较多, 无法一一手动卸载MS14-021补丁, 也可以使用命令行, 比如:
- 对于Window 7的机器，可以使用以下命令行卸载KB2964358补丁
wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2964358 /quiet /norestart
- 对于Windows XP环境，可以使用以下命令行卸载KB2964358补丁
C:\WINDOWS\ie8updates\KB2964358-IE8\spuninst\spuninst.exe /quiet /norestart
