Solution:
Contact us to send you an “insite-unlock.exe” to unlock INSITE.
Reinstallation will not work.

When you get “This version of INSITE has expired, to continue using
INSITE, please upgrade it to the latest version”, the correct method is
to upgrade INSITE to the newest version.
