web 项目的 csproj 文件要有对应的.webinfo文件才能在vs里面打开

.webinfo  文件名为 .csproj文件名后加 .webinfo 后缀
文件内容格式为
<VisualStudioUNCWeb>
    <Web URLPath = "<url path to .csproj>" />
</VisualStudioUNCWeb>
