仰慕vs2008的一键调试工作流大法，周末抽空装了一下，可惜......

奇怪的是我可以在虚拟机上安装成功，在本地就不行。看来和VS2008的福缘未到啊，还是继续使用我的2005的“附加进程”调试工作流吧。

我安装visual c# 2008 express版时也遇到类似问题，有人说把.net 2.0 和 .net 1.x 都卸载然后再装，我试不好使，可能不是同一个错误导致的。

从上面提示看，是.net 3.5没有安装成功。于是我到太平洋下了一个.net 3.5 beta 2，结果安装成功了。然后再安装visual c# 2008 express就ok了。你也试试。

你太幸福了，我试过了你说的这种安装方式，可惜还是不行。
我看log，我的问题也是出在了dotfx3.5上。你的操作系统是什么版本？
我的是2003 企业版SP1

window 2008 我已经测试了不能安装 vs2008 也是net 3.5错误
window 2003 上安装英文的 vs2008 安装 cf 3.5 时错误安装中文的vs2008 没有问题 ,vista 上也安装 net 3.5 错误

你的是不是安装的RTM版？如果是必须完全卸载以前安装的组件。
并且中文版的win2003安装vs2008RTM是会出错的。建议使用英文版的win2003+SP1

但是重新再装一次就可以顺利的安装了.

我在公司安装没有出错.

家里系统: winxp_en + SP2 公司系统: win2003en + SP2+最新补丁.

我也是报1603错误，下载完整版安装也没有用，后来我下了.NET Framework的清除工具，把我机器上1.0、1.1、2.0、3.0的.NET Framework全清除掉了，然后安装完整版就成功了。你可以试一下。

下载完整版本framework 3.5，安装3.5要联网，我在vpc虚拟机xp系统下装出现同样问题，搜到网上说要联网，看到只有5次连服务器机会，下载完整版本后后断网，安装成功3.5，但报错，联网，仍要在下载10m东西，成功，不报错。

看来大家都遇到这个的问题了，我说说我是怎么安装的。
我英文和中文都装过。
我WinXP SP2 刚装完系统就装VS2008中文版，也是一样的错误，后来也是找了些办法，没用。用那个清理工具清理了一下就可以装.net 3.5了，先装3.5吧，3.5装完，在装VS2008应该就可以了！欢迎交流QQ27155477:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922377/zh-cn

我也碰到这个错误了，可气的是我曾经在我的电脑上装上了vs2008正式版90天试用版的，vs2005和vs2008都能正常试用；后来克隆回我的系统，死活装不上了，都是同一个系统，怎么就装不上了呢，也是出1603的错误， Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a. MSI returned error code 1603，到系统事件里看有这个错误：MSI (s) (B8:D0) [22:28:48:593]: 产品: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 - 无法安装更新 '.NET Framework WCS'。错误码 1603。可以在日志文件 C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\dd_NET_Framework30_Setup74B4.txt 中找到其他信息。
照着上面说的解决方法做了，装了N遍，装了接近1天1夜也没有装上，周六郁闷了一天多。现在我装上了，主要是.net framework 3.0 sp2 安装不成功，大家可以按照我的方法试一试。
0. 我系统是win2003 中文版sp1 ＋vs2005，我先升级了windows 2003 sp2，地址http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/9/7/5976b101-a6bd-41c8-b39f-bb8e39ff1444/WindowsServer2003-KB914961-SP2-x86-CHS.exe ，我也不知道这个是不是必须
1.下载 .net framework 3.5 ( http://1.wt1.crsky.com/software/dotnetfx35_chs.exe )和语言包( http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/F/C/EFC61FBC-24DD-448F-BEA7-3B939BB1EB05/dotnetfx35langpack_x86zh-CHS.exe)
2.运行.net framework 3.5 安装程序，它会解压文件到c盘根目录下的一个随机生成的临时文件夹里，迅速复制语言包安装程序到那个临时文件夹里的dotNetFX35\x86下面，然后开始安装，.net framework 3.5就安装成功了
3.这次安装vs2008吧，.net framework 3.5上面以及安装了，它会自动跳过，安装其他组件，全部成功！

经过我的再次验证，不需要上面的第0步，win2003 sp1 中文版也不用打sp2补丁。只需要下面几步：
1.下载 .net framework 3.5 ( http://1.wt1.crsky.com/software/dotnetfx35_chs.exe ，我是使用这个成功的，其他的估计也行 )和 3.5的语言包( http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/F/C/EFC61FBC-24DD-448F-BEA7-3B939BB1EB05/dotnetfx35langpack_x86zh-CHS.exe)
2.运行.net framework 3.5 安装程序，它会解压文件到c盘根目录下的一个随机生成的临时文件夹里如C:\f6e66e4ec7e074ec3e400c97411f25 ，在解压文件的时候或“安装程序正在加载安装组件。这可能需要一两分钟的时间”的时候
迅速复制 3.5语言包安装程序dotnetfx35langpack_x86zh-CHS.exe 到那个临时文件夹里的dotNetFX35\x86下面(例如我的 C:\f6e66e4ec7e074ec3e400c97411f25\wcu\dotNetFramework\dotNetFX35\x86 下)，然后点'同意'开始安装，.net framework 3.5就安装成功了
3.这次安装vs2008吧，.net framework 3.5上面以及安装了，它会自动跳过，安装其他组件，全部成功！

以上在WIN2003 sp1 中文版上（含.NET 1.0）和 WIN2003 sp1 中文版+VS 2005上测试通过
