SLA：Service Level Agreement，服务等级协议

IDC：Internet Data Center，互联网数据中心

PaaS：Platform as a Service，把服务器平台作为一种服务提供的商业模式。

SaaS：Software as a Service

IaaS：Infrastructure as a Service
