Win8 下点击链接调用Google Chrome出现Chrome is unresponsive, relaunch now的解决方法

摘要：外部点击链接时如果Chrome开着很可能会显示Google Chrome is unresponsive, relaunch now?的提示。解决方案：去控制面板-默认程序-设置默认程序-在左边点击Google Chrome，右边把它设成默认浏览器就可以了如果没有Chrome项，请重装。阅读全文
