 关于Aspnet_wp.exe的问题：
不能启动asp.net的work process，运行不了asp.net的程序。
Aspnet_wp.exe的启动需要系统的ASPNET账号来完成。

由于上午调试不同accounts使用本机加密，超过3次输入ASPNET账户的密码，导致ASPNET账户给Administrator冻结了，需要24小时才能恢复使用。
ASPNET账户被锁时间：10::14AM/2006.7.13。
