Skills Requirement

最近温温在找PM的职位，随着公司的逐步壮大起来，对各个职位的需求也逐步的增多了，开始只是软件工程师的需求，现在连PM也不够用了，或许再过几天又会出来点其他类型的职位也说不定，但是不管怎样，博客园还是温温同学的第一阵地，有啥最新进展滴消息再上来晒一晒。啥也不说，先发个职位说明先！

最近在招聘.net cf的职位，发现有点困难的说，貌似现在做手机操作系统的娃搞symbian的会相对多一些，.net cf的还是相对少很多，不知道是由于偶搜索的不到位还是市场上就真的这么少，还是希望各位大虾能够给温温同学指教一下，再次谢过了先

又好久米有上面更新东东了，不是因为温温自暴自弃放弃了挤入博客园前一百人的脚步，而是因为地震灾害让温温灰常米有心情写一些小女生的东西，打开电视就是满眼倒塌的房屋，悲伤的群众，米有心情去想别的。上周末温温去上海参加了一个barcamp类型的技术讲坛，虽然我不懂技术，还是深深的感受到其中一些帅哥和美女对技术的热爱，另外在那个技术论坛上，参会者基本上都拿的是苹果的笔记本电脑也让我这个拿dell电脑的娃真滴有点自惭形秽，啥时候偶也能混到拿苹果笔记本的level啊？偶不禁仰天长叹，呵呵！另外比较郁闷的是，偶在上海被某位男生质疑是否不好买衣服，毫无疑问的是再说偶太胖了，温温当时就哑口无言，愣了。遂决定开始偶不知道第多少次的减肥征程，虽然偶也知道坚持不了多久，唉，偶咋就这么米有毅力呢？我倒！

好久米有上来露脸了，因为发现自己越来越不会写文章了，上来就想写广告，但是偶又不想把偶滴blog单纯滴搞成一个招聘博客，希望会经常带点自己滴感情和想法进去，所以就搞得越来越难产，唉，可怜滴温温，看来偶已经失去了对生活的敏锐的触感了……，哭死
尽管难产也还是要产一下的，不然对不起那么多的粉丝对温温的支持，何况偶现在还在博客园九百多名徘徊捏，不知道啥时候能杀到一百名，这条路现在想起来还是挺艰辛的。最近做了几件比较有成就感的事情，让传说中的温温有了点小骄傲，呵呵，先清个嗓子，告诉大家一个消息，博客园上的Terry Lee于前不久已经加盟ethos了，传说中的Terry Lee比传说中还要瘦，说他皮包骨头一点都不夸张，估计偶的小腿比他的大腿还要粗，汗……，一看到他偶就想减肥，等公司调座位的时候，偶要争取坐在他旁边，以后的日子他吃什么偶就吃什么，不信偶就瘦不下去，哈哈……，最近再看《奋斗》这个电视剧，觉得还是有那么点意思，下次有时间跟大家聊聊这个东东。

1. Strong software knowledge base, be able to build up system from the ground. Sense of leadership in technologies.Deep understanding of SOA。Experience in BizTalk is a big preference.
2. At least 5 years experience in software development. At least 2 years experience in software development in .Net technologies (.NET framework, ex. Spring.net, Microsoft Enterprise Applications Block, WebService Factory ). 
3. Familiar with patterns, ex.Model View Presenter and have used Test Driven developement.
4. Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strong sense of responsibility.
5. Experience in commercial software system is a preference. Database knowledge such as Oracle or SQL Server is also helpful. Be familiar with OO technology.
6. Good team work sprit, willing to communicate with colleagues.
7. Experience with BizTalk is quite preferred but not must.
