我个人认为在存储过程中实现比较好，在程序中使用SqlTransaction会造成性能损失比用存储过程实现大。

我想问为什么企业程序库不直接在%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322里找installUtil.exe 。是不是这个路径也有不确定的时候。

主要是没有注册企业库几个dll造成的，会引发安全性异常。因为没有注册事件源，所以在使用过程中不允许记录到Windows的事件日志中。
对这些DLL执行installUtil.exe 就可以

你可以把installservice.bat的批处理改写一下.

你只需要把上面的处理复制下来放在bat文件就成了.记住BAT文件要放在与Entb的程序集同一个目录下

需要vs 2003的路径是因为，installservice.bat中，它需要寻找vs里面的vsvars32.bat，以提供.net下InstallUtil.exe的运行路径，完全不需要装vs 2003

IIF并不是完全没有用，它有它的特色。比如直接返回常量
a=iif(LogicPart,1,2)
在这个时候IIF语法就比IF清晰得多，而且效率更高。

这个道理在vb里面and/andalso, or/orelse差不多.

所以, 写vb的时候,记得只用andalso, orelse呀!

同意，在数据库开发中用iif有的时候就很难查到错误原因，原来它对每个表达式都会进行计算，如果某一项为dbnull则就会跑出异常，所以在进行数据为空判断是应该用if的形式，而不应该用iif！
