错误现象：打开.dbml(LINQ) 文件，提示 "The operation could not be completed."对话框，不能打开.dbml文件；另外，也不能创建Entity Framework文件
解决办法：Delete the items under the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\Packages
