ScrumMaster, 一个和PM很像的角色，但是不同于传统的PM的是，他的价值在于确保项目按照Scrum流程执行，而并不关心项目的具体的工作内容。工作的具体内容由Team里的PM和Member共同分配和执行。教练是不上场踢球的！

Team:Scrum makes the team responsible for managing development activities.

RTN-APMwS 01: 关于Scrum

Complex problems are those that behave unpredictably.

软件开发的困难就在于会发生许许多多不可预期的问题。如果问题都是可预测的，那我们就有解决方法，就会一路顺风，也就不复杂了。总的来说，不是我们不明白，而是世界变化快，需求、时间、人员、技术，我们开始有了一个完美的计划，可是执行中总是在变化，而由此导致的项目延迟、需求不可控等事情就层出不穷，当为这些疲于奔命的时候，也就是困难重重的时候了。

Laying out a process that repeatably will produce acceptable quality output is called defined process control. When defined process control cannot be achieved because of the complexity of the intermediate activities, something called empirical process control has to be employed.

2个概念，Defined Process Control 实际就是理论上的流程控制，而 Empirical Process Control 就是实际操作中的流程控制。实践是检验真理的唯一标准的良好诠释！理论都是完美的，而实际操作中总遇到各种问题，需要灵活操作。(突然觉得这个和国家政策差不多，中央发的文件，各地方执行不一样，大概也是这样的问题~~)

这里还说了一点，acceptable quality output. 可接受的质量。所有的项目都应该是以交付一个客户可接受的产品为目标，不要过度要求完美，也不要过于粗陋。按时保质交付的项目才是成功的。质量不仅仅是功能上的，还有客户满意度等多方面因素。

visibility: 所有的都应该真实可见，没有隐瞒和夸张。

inspecation: 不停的检查，尽早发现不可预期的问题，以利于我们做出变化。

adaptation: 改变以解决问题，process是服务于delivery的，不要僵化了流程的作用。

2. 迭代期间确保目标达成

3. 迭代完成进行确认。

Summarize

Scrum 期望通过发挥团队所有成员的有价值的工作来确保项目的成功。使用Scrum来管理项目，对团队成员提出在技术能力之外的很多要求，包括责任心、主动性、有效沟通、计划性、独立思考能力、目标制定等。而Scrum这个角色就是用于确保团队成员的这些行为能力得到执行的。

回顾Scrum管理流程，在PO获得需求之后产生了Product Backlog，也就是需求清单。项目组需要根据Product Backlog来进行分解，与Product Owner（产品经理）进行充分沟通，按优先级、重要性等进行排列，从而产生第一个Sprint Backlog清单，也就是第一阶段完成的功能点清单，开始进行开发工作。本sprint完成之后需要得到PO的确认，再选择次优先级的一批清单，形成下一个Sprint backlog，循环迭代直到完成所有内容。

在这个过程里面，团队成员无法决定要做一个具有哪些功能的产品，但是，每一个sprint做哪些功能，则完全有可能由团队成员进行决定，并且必须承诺在本周期内一定可以实现。这就要求团队的每一个成员都清晰的理解需求，清楚的认识自己的能力，否则这个commitment是没有意义的。开发过程中，团队内需要充分沟通，以达到高效运作的可能性；要暴露所有的问题和情况，便于团队解决和弥补。

总的来说，很理想，但在实际过程中，人的因素会比较影响整个project的执行。

数据库镜像的配置

有见证服务器的配置

先决条件：SQL SERVER 2005 SP1以上，版本号：9.00.3042以上

配置步骤：

1、切换数据库的恢复模式（Recorvery）

alter database DATABASE_NAME set recovery full

2、在主数据库备份数据库文件与日志文件（路径随意）

Use DATABASE_NAME
go
backup database DATABASE_NAME to disk='D:\DATABASE_NAME.bak' with format
go
backup log DATABASE_NAME to disk='D:\DATABASE_NAMELog.bak' with format

3、在镜像数据库恢复第2步中备份的数据库

restore database DATABASE_NAME
from disk='D:\DATABASE_NAME.bak' with norecovery
go
restore log 数据库名
from disk='D:\DATABASE_NAMELog.bak' with norecovery
go

4、在已备份的数据库上启动镜像，图形界面，不赘述

about WBS

Why is the WBS so important to proposing a deal? You cannot propose a deal without a price. You cannot price without an estimate. You cannot estimate without a plan. You cannot plan without a work breakdown structure (WBS).

The WBS should also include the phases, activities, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and effort. Be sure that you also identify and capture tasks for analysis, review cycles, testing cycles, and meetings. These are often items that take up a great deal of time but are often not included in the WBS

However, the following guidelines apply to most estimation methodologies:
Build your WBS by basing it on outcomes and not actions
Base your WBS on all of the work to be completed, not just on the work to be completed as part of a fee-for-service effort
Do not mix estimation methodologies within a project;
Ensure that each item you create in your WBS does not overlap with another and is a discrete entity.
A good rule of thumb is that to stay at a manageable level of detail, go no more than 3 levels deep in your WBS.
Create your estimates based on the actual length of working time (not calendar time) required for one qualified resource to complete the task
Other than the assumptions documented, create your estimates without thinking about who will be performing the task.
Create quick profiles of the roles that will be performing the work.
Do not add buffer or contingency time to a task estimate in your WBS, this should be added uniformly at a later stage.
If the requirements have imposed a firm deadline, you should work all estimates backwards to the appropriate start time, as a reality check. If the appropriate start time for that deadline is not feasible or is in the past, the project is probably not going to be successful with the current Scope of Work.

测试服务器的sql和日志经常就太大了，写一个存储过程，然后job定期执行，避免磁盘空间浪费

TFS服务器及服务帐号迁域的处理

本文适用场景：

TFS服务器从一个域迁到别一个域中，这里包括服务器加入新域、服务运行账号改为新域的中账号，机器名称不改变。本文在TFS单机部署场景测试通过。

迁移步骤：

1. 停止服务器上的TFS服务。

a) 在IIS上停上TFS App Pool和Report Server Pool。

b) 停止Reporting Service服务。

2. 将服务器加入新的域。

3. 修改服务账号。

a) 检查新账号的权根是否足够。

b) 将新账号设为以服务方式登陆。

c) 修改TFS Service账号

TfsAdminiUtil ChangeAccount OldAccount NewAccount Password

d) 修改TFS Reports账号

TfsAdminiUtil ChangeAccount OldAccount NewAccount Password

4. 修改Reporting Service的数据连接配置，将连接账号改为新域中的账号。

5. 在IIS上启动TFS App Pool和Report Server Pool，并进行测试

a) TfsAdminiUtil status检查服务账号工作情况

b) 使用VS2005进行测试。
