Microsoft entertainment executive Peter Moore displays a tattoo Tuesday as he announces that “Grand Theft Auto IV” and numerous other games will soon be available for Xbox 360. Microsoft used the E3 event to reveal plans for an HD DVD player for the console and the new Live Anywhere service that will extend the Xbox experience to PCs and cellphones.
