用powershell启动appfabric报错

用powershell启动appfabric报错: Cannot open AppFabricCachingService service

前后省略若干内容。

这时候应该是登录系统的用户不是administrator，需要在开始-》缓存管理 windows powerShell,右键点击“以管理员身份运行”。
