随着.NET 4和VS2010的发布，我终于耐不住，把自己的RSA程序里的BigInteger改成.NET 4里的BigInteger了，当然也发现了楼主所谓的“问题”。
其实问题出在new BigInteger(byte[])上，而不是ModPow()。
.NET 4里的BigInterger虽然也接受byte[]作参数创建BigInteger，但是其顺序与RSA密钥的byte[]正好相反。
另外，这个byte[]的最后一个字节的低8位的第一个bit还标识这个BigInteger的正负，所以，当byte[]的这个bit为1（表示负）的时候，还要另外增加一个字节来标识正负。

问题我已经搞定了，剩下的楼主自己处理吧：）

就RSACryptoServiceProvider类本身而言，ToXmlString和FromXmlString是相对应的方法。
此处用到的ToXmlString是.NET Framework本身的RSACryptoServiceProvider类中的ToXmlString方法。它被生成私钥公钥XML文件的[b]WPF程序[/b]调用。
而此处的FromXmlString是RSAPublicKey类中实现的方法，被[b]Silverlight程序[/b]调用。
