XXXXX- DirectFolders (not free, but awesome extension for explorer which makes file and folder dialogs in windows actually usable)
decoder- QuickTime (And remove all the crap that it installs using Autoruns from sysinternals)
XXXXX- SysInternals Suite (best free set of tools for admins and developers to find out system info and do system things you never thought possible)

XXXXX- Camtasia (Great software for recording screen movies. You might also want to see if windows media encoder would work for you, as it's free)
XXXXX- SnagIt (Quickly and easily take snapshots of the screen, from the same company who brought you Camtasia. lots of free alternatives for this out there)

我的英文水平在博客园我敢说在倒数几名，，真的。
好在后来 培训的时候很无聊迷上了美国大片，在也不排斥英文了，呵呵。。

是这样的，我当时是天天看美国大片，把以前没看的什么
黑客帝国啊，生化危机啊，星球大战啊。。。到后来狂看
战争片，，美国拍的战争片把人性拍得真是到味，太真实了。
后来发展到开始看连续剧，以迷失影响最深，流行的还有越狱，终结者什么的，
还有那个反恐24小时也不错。。。就这样看了一年多深深的爱上美国人了。。
呵呵，反正我现在看的电影国内除了小看下武打片，日本和韩国的是绝对不看，
其他99%都是外国片，再说外国片更新的飞快，不愁看不完啊。。
你说这样下来，谁会排斥英文？？对吧。。我现在是听到配音是中文的片子都不舒服啊。。
