最近发现QQ的提供给Blog使用的天气预报（http://appnews.qq.com/cgi-bin/news_qq_search?city=上海）老是坏，便自己动手写了一个，效果如下，只要在Blog的Config上加入

</center>
即可；其中，城市名可以直接用中文，而不用以前QQ的编码格式
