I also tested the fetching performance by doing randomize access from 3D texture, and the result shows us GPU needs a plenty of time to do random texture fetching. This is what you said the frequency the GPU are required.
So I'm now looking for a CUDA way to speed up the performance by reading from the global memory. This will carry the work of Texture Unit to Stream Processor. Hope it will speed up some.
