Steps:
    1.    Download Windows SharePoint Server 3.0 SP1 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 SP1
    2.    Extract both of the two files into below folders:
        2.1    C:\wssv3sp1-kb936988-x64-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:c:\wsssp1
        2.2    C:\officeserver2007sp1-kb936984-x64-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:c:\mosssp1
    3.    Copy of all the files into MOSS Install folder
    4.    Run "steup.exe" again
