Our world-class engineering team in China is looking for experienced Internet back-end system architect with superb architecture, design and implementation skills and considerable depth and breadth in the areas of high-performance scalable systems, mobile value-add, and/or related areas. If you have a proven track record in cutting-edge research and/or large-scale systems development in these areas, we have plenty of challenging projects for you.

Requirements:

·         Master or higher degree in computer science or a closely related field.

·         Solid architecture and system design skills. Able to document and organize system architecture in a very clear and easy understood manner.

·         5+ years in Java development and design. Knowledge of frameworks (like J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and JSF) and Design patterns is essential.

·         Strong DB experience on MS SQL and Oracle.

·         Strong web service system and architecture knowledge, and experience with mobile value-add system preferred.

·         Excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English. Capable for having presentation in both Chinese and English.

·         Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation.

·         Proven ability to share knowledge with more junior team members via reviewing code, reviewing design docs, giving technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects.

·         8+ years experience of similar hands-on software engineering, architect and design.

Development Team Lead – Beijing, China

Do you have experience leading an engineering team to develop cutting edge Internet back-end system and web services? Are you a Java Engineer with a passion for building distributed and scalable application? If so, we want you to join our world-class engineering team!

We are looking for Development Team Lead who can own and drive technical projects and provide leadership for a group of 3~7 development engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment. She/he will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.

This position is not a pure management position; the Team Lead is expected to contribute technically to projects.

Requirements:
