ArcGIS Server 9.2 for .NET安装日志
     摘要: 1、先确保系统已安装：IE，IIS，.NET Framework 2.0，Visual Studio 2005（Web ADF VS2005 & Mobile ADF Require）。
2、安装ArcGIS Server，包括GIS Server（SOM，SOC）,Web Application，Web ADF, Mobile ADF等组件。
3、Post Install：指定SOM、SOC、ArcGISWebService用户账号，工作目录，主机名；安装授权。
