Sr. Content Engineer
§ 5-7 years of experience developing in:
o PHP/PERL
o UNIX/Linux
o MySQL (Oracle or Sybase acceptable)
o Java, C, or other OOP language a plus.
§ 2-3 years experience developing high-volume data transform systems.
§ 1-3 years experience architecting fuzzy logic text matching and natural language processing systems.
§ Ability to pass Brainbench ( www.brainbench.com ) or industry equivalent PERL, Unix, and Data Modeling exam with a score of 80th percentile or better.
Project Manager
§ 4-5 years of demonstrated successful software project management at small to medium sized internet company.
§ Must be able to provide examples of both successful and unsuccessful projects and provide detailed reasons as to why the projects were either successful or unsuccessful.
§ Must be able to pass Brainbench ( www.brainbench.com ) or industry equivalent “Manager – IT Project” exam with a score of 80th percentile or better.
§ Must be able to pass English Language Proficiency exam with a score of 80th percentile or better.
Operations Team Manager
§ 3-5 years of demonstrated experience managing technical operations/content specialists in an internet company.
§ Must be able to provide multiple examples of management experience in the following areas:
o Hiring
o Performance Management (motivation/coaching/discipline)
o Employee Development
o Termination of Contract
§ Must be able to provide specific examples of managing team performance/quality through the setting of clear expectations and daily/weekly evaluation using metrics and analysis.
§ Must be able to pass English Language Proficiency exam with a score of 80th percentile or better.
