Modify Eclipse parameter to support VSS plugin
Locate this file : C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Application Developer\v5.1.1\wsappdev.ini
Open it and comment this line : "VMArgs=-Xj9" to "#VMArgs=-Xj9"
