very good! I do read line by line and help me a lot.
I am workin in a mixed envrionment ( I am in USA). Everywhere is english, but i have a chinese input wnwb.
I enter chinese in webpage( I am making webpage contaning chinese) template, the template is parsed by Template::Tookit , when the page output to broswer, chinese is changed into bad characters.
I used $self->query->header(-charset=>'gb2312',-type=>"text/html");
to control charset in broswer, it does not work.
I add gb2312 charset in my local apache2 server,
all these does not work.
Can you give me any advice?

去掉如下几行：

Open Target For Output As #filenum

以上几段代码是VB的保存文件方法，不支持utf8写入的！所以我们调用adodb.stream组件来以流方式保存文件！仅需要SaveFile Target, strFile
即可。

当你使用Print #filenum, strFile的时候，VB已经将内存中的数据转换成系统本地语言编码保存了！

我在VB中使用了第一个保存函数，但是还是不行，能解释下吗

管理员身份也不行，还有别的方法吗，一发送就程序关闭，真烦死了！

试一下以管理员身份来运行IE!
