经验证，图1是正确的，图2只在ie7兼容模式下发生。

查看下网页的源代码里有没有 <meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=7" /> 这一句 如果有的话，请说明你的服务器IIS默认把网页解释为：以IE7模式浏览。

呵，这个问题我遇到过。是由于ie对localhost这个域名会采用特殊的模式去解析造成的。

服务器和个人版 Windows的浏览器安全级别造成的。服务器安全级别较高，会阻止部分js的执行。

是IE8或9的话，是因为本地浏览和服务器浏览用的兼容模式不一样，本地浏览是默认打开兼容视图的，2px是经典的IE的html元素的border 具体请看Tools-Compatibility View Settings

1楼正解，补充一下，在VS下选择view in browser的时候 请先选择浏览器，如果你将浏览器设置的和你直接点击的浏览器是同一版本的话，应该不会出现两者不一致的问题。
