现象：在开发机器上建立好的asp.net web 应用，拷贝到测试机器后，打开web工程时出现 “Unable to get the project ile from the web server”错误提示。

解决方法：删除 c:\documents and settings\user name\VSWebCache 目录下的工程缓存。
