Install firefox and make it the default browser, check the link works (it should) Uninstall Check link again and it should work in IE.

Unfortunately this solution did not work for me:

however changing the registry key to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.htm default to htmlfile

did work.

Cause: After an uninstall from Firefox 3.0 Beta there was a wrong value of the default ...

So it seems we have to check al the registry class entries with htm!

This did the tric for us; thanks a lot !!

I tried this in watir-1.5.1.1230 too. It doesn't work. It not understand: require 'watir\contrib\enabled_popup'
and then funtion:
hwnd = $ie.enabled_popup(waitTime)
do not work.

这种网络应用不应该和Office这些东西比功能……怎么可能比的过。
